Oh my goodness, where to start when talking about eggs, tempeh and tofu!!
For starters tempeh and tofu are are two of my favourite ingredients. There is so much you can do with them both.
Great in soups, stews, stir-fry's, on the BBQ or even as a satay. And then there are the eggs. I have a few fabulous egg satay recipes
that I will surely share sooner or later. These ingredients are definite essentials when it comes to Indo cooking.
