If truth be told I seem to have a bit of a weakness for sweets. (I guess that would be obvious given my 

stint in The Great Bake-Off tent.) Whenever I am in the kitchen I am in my happy place, but when I am making

sweets, I am in my extremely happy place. Baked goods or steamed, cooked, poached or grilled .... no matter, I love it all.
