Vegetables
Vegetables are not only an endless source of nutrients, but a fabulous way to bulk-up any dish.
The only rule of thumb when working with veges, is the timing and when you add them to your dish. I like my veges
with some bite, not too soft, so good timing is essential. Take beans prouts for example, I pretty much add those
once I have turned the heat off. Oh and talking about bean sprouts, do you know they need to be cleaned?
And I am not just talking about a little rinse under the tap. It's every Indo cook's pet peave!
