Rice & Noodles

While writing my newest book, I was asked what i serve with my mains, and I have to admit, although there are plenty of choices,

I usually choose rice. For me the main reason for serving with rice is because the dishes themselves have such wonderful, explosive flavours, that the rice not only compliments the dish, but also acts as a neutraliser on the pallet and does not clash with the other elements on the plate. So whatever you choose to serve your dishes with, make it a thought out choice.
